I assume by now that many have read the Time Magazine article about ACT (and Hayes). I find the ACT approach compelling, at least based on the way I think human brains work. Anyone care to discuss?

Sat, March 25, 2006 - 8:36 PMI think it sounds pretty good - to not identify so strongly with one's thoughts (particularly older thought patterns that occur like "knee jerk" reactions but may not be helpful any longer).
I'm going to see if my library has the book.
I'm curious to see what some of the techniques are.
